New Ø250 -Ø320 to ISO 15552 Standard with external tie rods
Waircom 250-320 Cylinder
- New pneumatic cylinders of series "XL" comply with IS0 15552 standard, being in this way completely interchangeable with the well known cylinders to IS0 6431NDMA 24562 standards, defining the dimensions of both the "nude" cylinder than assembled with fixings.
- So, with this series, even bores Ø250 and Ø320 are now available, to complete the offer of the range of cylinders to IS0 standard.
- End caps are made in die-cast aluminium alloy, the piston rod is realized in C45 chromium-plated steel (stainless steel upon request) and on the cylinder barrel, an extruded tube in aluminium alloy, is possible to mount the magnetic sensors series FM1 00 or FM1 57,using the correspondent fixing brackets.
- The available versions are the following:
- Double acting and through rod, with magnetic and nonmagnetic piston.
- A version to ATEX standard will be available soon, to hack the demand to use them in potentially explosive environments.
- Working temperature is from -20°C (with dry air) to +80°C, the fluid is filtered compressed air, lubrication is not necessary or, if present, it has to be continuous and operating pressure is included between 1 and 10 bar.
